If you contact us with queries, comments, compliments or, complaints then we will keep a record of this correspondence and any associated documents so that we have the information available in the event of a follow-up, dispute, or investigation.
Marketing and Communications
The contact information (email address and phone number) provided through the Saadiyat Cultural District B2B Portal will exclusively be used for transactional purposes and will not be utilized for marketing or non-transactional communications. However, if you have registered this email address with any museum/s operating under Saadiyat Cultural District as a customer or visitor and have explicitly consented to receive marketing and non-transactional communications, you may receive such communications in accordance with your preferences.
Analytics
It is within the legitimate interests of the Saadiyat Cultural District to collect, store, and analyse your data in order to better understand how our B2B partners interact with the platform. This helps us to continuously enhance the portal, ensure a seamless and partner-centric experience, improve support services, and develop relevant informational kits and marketing material. Please note that any data analysis will be shared with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT) only in an aggregated and anonymized format, maintaining strict confidentiality and protecting your privacy.

If you change organizations or your role changes such that you are no longer a representative of our B2B partner, your personal information will be removed upon notification from your employer. Additionally, your employer has the ability to update or replace your information with that of a new representative, in which case your data will be overwritten accordingly.
